My first contact with Marty was indeed a positive experience. After receiving the first email regarding a French translator position, a phone call was set up in a timely manner. During our phone conversation, Marty provided more details about the job and answered all of my questions. He was professional, informative and genuine which made me feel comfortable right away. Consequently I was able to describe with ease my professional experience.

About Marty Smith:

Marty was very helpful, understanding and great to talk to and with as he has been throughout all of the conversation(s) that we have had together. Additionally, Marty understood as to where I was/am in the process of the job search, especially after what my last employer did to me as I was in a contract role for another company. All to find out that when I was placed on a 1-month leave of absence and therefore, the two companies did not speak with each other to be able to bring me back, however, Marty understood this information from me and knew what I was going through with these two companies. Moreover, Marty also knew as to where I am at with the job search and knows that I need to be starting back to work here rather sooner than later. He has been great to work with and I wish there was more recruiters like Marty out there in the job world. If given the opportunity to work with Marty more, I definitely would do this.
