I'm usually a bit skeptical when it comes to working with recruiters, but Marty has been a great exception. I only recently began working with him, but so far, the experience has been really positive. He's got a way with words and takes the time to explain everything clearly, including what the next steps look like. What stood out to me is that he actually checked in to make sure the role aligns with my interests and skill set. Too often, recruiters just throw random jobs at you, but Marty clearly put thought into finding something that made sense for me. He seems genuinely interested in getting to know what I’m looking for, and honestly, I think that’s what makes or breaks a recruiter.
