I have been a travel nurse since 2017 and have had the experience of working with more than one company and 5 different recruiters. I will say with absolute certainty and without hesitation that my experience with him has been by far the greatest. He is attentive, honest, intelligent, down to earth, and I trust him beyond measure. I had to take a couple years off from traveling after having been a victim of a violent crime while on a travel assignment in 2020 while far from home, an experience that changed my entire perspective on life and travel nursing. I had 'fished' around for at least one year, wanting to return to travel nursing but crippled with fear after having experienced the unthinkable. When I got in touch with Joshua early 2024, everything changed, in that our interaction was so incredibly smooth. I felt secure and confident enough to return to a field I thought I could would and one that I had loved so dearly. His work is not only true skill, but rather an art (in numerous ways). I mean that. I have since completed multiple contracts with him and they all were so lovely and any time I needed anything, Joshua was right there to support and guide me through the entire process, ten fold. Trust me when I say not all agencies (especially not all recruiters) are created alike. Joshua is top notch. I trust him wholeheartedly and I recommend him to not only brand new travelers, but to ALL travelers. Having a dependable, honest, and proven recruiter makes all the difference. I've had great recruiters, but he is as good as it gets.
Briana has been amazing she started with me in a confusing situation and completely straightened things out for my benefit. She has fought super hard to get me everything I need as a new grad and has made me feel like I have a resource to speak with whenever I need it.
This is my 4 th assignment with Joshua. He is a great communicator and listener. I have a very unique situation and finding assignments for me are a bit challenging. Joshua has met every challenge. When on an assignment he checks in on me almost weekly. This year when a very serious family emergency happened and I couldn’t work he called and checked on me and my family.
Joshua is always upbeat and professional. I couldn’t ask for anything more!
