Roger's Bio

I was born and raised in New Hampshire. I have a 4 year old dog named Odie with my wife Abby. We love the outdoors and spend most weekends in the summer camping in the woods of New England. Before my current role as a recruiter I traveled all 50 states in a converted sprinter van working with NBC Sports as an operations manager. I drove coast to coast over 20 times. This unique experience has left me incredibly fortunate—I've been to the majority of the locations that my travelers are venturing to for the very first time!

Why I love to recruit
I love recruiting because I enjoy building relationships with my travelers and seeing them go to new and exciting places! With all my traveling in the past, I love to tell my travelers about destinations they should check out.

When I'm not working I like to
When I am not working its a guarantee you will find me on my mountain bike in the woods! I race road bikes and mountain bikes around the east coast from April - October. I love to suffer on the bike and most of my rides will include around 3-5000ft of elevation gain and can be anywhere from 50-100+ miles!

My boyfriend and I are a travel duo and we love working with Roger. He is always reaching out to ensure everything is going well throughout our contract and truly cares about our experience. He is quick to offer advice and answer any questions we may have within a very timely manner. He even remembers conversations we have had previously which makes us feel like we can trust and depend on him to help us with what we need.
