Why I love to recruit
What I enjoy most about recruiting is that it's both relationship-driven and results-driven. On the recruiting side, I like getting to know candidates, understanding what they're looking for beyond just a resume, and helping them find opportunities that can genuinely improve their careers. On the account management side, I enjoy building long-term partnerships with clients, learning their business, and becoming someone they trust to solve hiring challenges. What makes a full-desk role especially rewarding is connecting those two worlds. There's a real sense of accomplishment when you understand both the client's needs and the candidate's goals and can create a match that's successful for everyone
