I am glad I noticed this review request immediately following my successful interview with our client, Envision Hospice here in Pierce County, Washington State! In the final week of November 2024, we had to suspend pursuing a contract for hospice services just temporarily. The client had not yet been granted fiscal clearance/ approval to fill the position. Jenna knew about this pause exactly when in occurred. She followed up to inform me straight away. My recruiter also realized that the pause was temporary with our client as they awaited approval from their leadership to fill their staffing needs for the winter. This was a streamlined, smooth process every healthcare team deserves to experience! I'm now well into the credentialing and new hire process! For a first experience with Core Medical Group as a traveller, I don't see how it gets any better or smoother! It was obvious from the first conversation with Jenna that she understood my needs and professional goals. The communication and follow-up was stellar as I experienced consistently. What is also clear is Jenna takes the time to get to know her nurses and loves to hear about her nurses' passion for their work! She earns rapport with her nurses quickly as she celebrates their accomplishments and excitement with her team. Her success is easily measured by the positive energy and empowering conversations she has with her clinicians, and her follow-up. Amidst the chaos of our post pandemic world, her approach is refreshing, renewing, and inspiring. I know this recruiter will support us in every way that she can. Thank you, Jenna!
