I love to recruit because I excel at listening. Instead of relying solely on text messages, I prioritize calling nurses, ensuring a personal connection. Understanding that nurses often find themselves far from loved ones, I strive to be more than just a recruiter; I aim to be a supportive friend. By making myself available and offering a listening ear, I can provide both professional guidance and personal support during their journeys.
