I've been part of the Allied Recruiting Division for almost to a year. Outside of work, my active family of four keeps me constantly on the move. We're passionate about camping and spend nearly half of our summers exploring new destinations. Swimming, cycling, and quality time with our extended network of friends and family are among our favorite activities. Additionally, I love catching up with friends over dinner — it's a simple pleasure that adds richness to life.

Why I love to recruit
I love recruiting because it allows me to form genuine connections with candidates. For me, it's about more than just filling a position — it's about building friendships. Taking the time to understand a candidate's story and motivations makes the experience more personal and meaningful, rather than merely transactional. By understanding their "why," I can uncover their true aspirations and desires. I'm particularly drawn to candidates who are open to change, as it signifies a readiness to embrace new opportunities and challenges. Ultimately, creating these relationships and helping individuals align their goals with the right opportunities brings me so much joy in my work.
