Roger has managed to be a great listener to what I need in a job while simultaneously communicating relevant information quickly. He has been able to identify roles that would be interesting to me, as well as understanding of any limitations or concerns I’ve had. I’ve never felt pressured throughout the process, but he also is very prompt. He has provided me with information and knowledge that has been helpful while trying to find a role that is a good fit.

Roger takes the time to understand my needs and work along side me with looking for every contract. We go back and forth on decisions from location to weather to timing with getting a license. I appreciate his honesty with not always know everything sometimes but willing to look things up or ask others questions to help my journey.
