I had a very positive experience with Michael. Michael was very attentive and responsive. You can tell that he listens and care about your needs. Michael takes time to explain each and every step.
Michael and I have been in contact over a few years. I was not ready or in a position to take a contract until recently. My past experience has been positive so I kept his contact info and recently reached to Michael to inquire about opportunities.
Michael is great. I’ve worked with him in the past and will continue to work with him in the future. He is available when I need him but is never pushy. He understands my needs when it comes to travel contracts and has placed me in great locations.
I have worked with Beelman for going on a decade now. I am not blowing smoke, he is the single best recruiter out of any that I have communicated with or ever worked with. I have worked with many others, but Michael is top tier. There is a reason I choose to work with him time and time again. He's like a best friend and a mentor. He always listens to what I want from an assignment and works with me to make sure the location, setting, and pay are what I want.
I have no doubt I have caused him many headaches and gray hairs, but his dedication to his job and his ability to look past my frustrations is why I continue to work with him and Core Medical. I always send him any and all referrals or leads I may have because I want other travelers to know him and the quality of his work as a recruiter. I do not say this lightly, he's the best out there. To borrow a quote from The Office, Michael, as a healthcare recruiter, "as a leader, as a man, and as a friend, he is of the highest kind, quality, and order. Supreme."
I don't know if this gets read or if it goes into the black abyss of reviews, but you need to give him a raise, promote him, and keep him with your company. If Michael leaves Core Medical, I go with him. If he retires, well then, I'll hang my hat up too and be done.
