Ted always responds in a timely manner to emails/texts/phone calls. If he doesn’t have an answer to one of my questions, he’ll track down someone who does and have them get in touch with me. I was in a tight spot on a recent assignment and Ted was very proactive and supportive in getting the situation ironed out. I feel like Ted takes a genuine interest in the personal lives of the people he works with.
