Fred has been my recruiter for over 8 years. We submit for the jobs, sign the contract and get the job. During the whole process Fred is keeping me updated. Then I get to the job, Fred calls and checks on me through out the contract. If I have questions or concerns, Fred is quick to respond and help with the situation.
