Hi, I’m CJ Garcia — proud husband and dad to two little ones who keep me on my toes! I grew up in El Paso, TX and later headed to Kansas for college, where I had the chance to wrestle at the collegiate level. After a quick stop back home, life brought me out to Phoenix, AZ, and I’ve been here ever since.

For the past 7 years, I’ve been with the amazing team at Concentric Healthcare, helping therapists and travelers not just find jobs, but build careers and lifestyles they’re excited about. Family is a huge part of who I am, and I carry that same mindset into recruiting — I want every traveler I work with to feel supported, valued, and part of the Concentric family.

I love helping travelers find their next place to fall in love with — a place that feels like more than just a job. I enjoy helping them reach their financial goals, while also building real friendships along the way. For me, recruiting is about connecting with people, supporting their journey, and celebrating their wins like they’re my own.

When I'm not working I like to
When I’m not helping travelers build their careers, I love spending time with my family and soaking up as much time outside as possible. You’ll often find me learning something new, working on projects in my backyard, or exploring new places and trying new things. Whether it’s a weekend adventure or a simple evening at home, I enjoy making the most of every moment with my Family, Loved ones, and friends.
