I was impressed with Shawn’s complete honesty about the role. Shawn’s candidness enabled me to make an informed and educated decision. I just wish all staffing recruiters possessed Shawn’s approach. “He put himself in my shoes”. It made me feel and believe I could trust him. (Keep in mind, I’ve dealt with hundreds of recruiters but there hasn’t been many of them I’ve trusted). I can’t tell you how many recruiters called or have emailed me and after the conversation or email exchange I felt disrespected or that my skill set was minimized or under valued. These types make attempts to undermine the pay rate I am qualified to receive. This is not Shawn. Shawn gets it, “he treat others the way he desire to be treated and respected”. I don’t know anyone at this time who I could recommend or else I would refer he or she to Shawn.
