Noel Wolf

I was raised in a lower/middle-class neighborhood in Cleveland called "Collinwood" (you might recognize that name). It was a very tight-knit community and I am still friends with all of my grade school classmates. After HS, and a brief stop in college, I enlisted in the Marine Corps (88-96) where I was a Heavy Vehicle Operator (drove 5-tons and Hummers) and a Marksmanship Instructor (I am a pretty good shot).

After bouncing around at various odd jobs and blue-collar jobs, I found my calling in IT Recruiting. It has been the best decision of my life. I enjoy helping people and I enjoy the "tech" industry (I have always been a nerd…plenty of nights/weekends of D&D, one of the first to have a Commodore64). After 25 years doing this, I am still excited to do it. I continue to learn new ways of connecting and using tech to do this "recruiting" thing (still trying to figure out how TikTok can help us recruit).

Why I love to recruit
I enjoy helping people. The satisfaction comes in helping someone find a new company/role/team that they love. Seeing and hearing their excitement and getting the "thank you" makes me feel great. On the flip side, helping our clients find the "right" person when they have struggled for so long...is rewarding. (Inside info: We are really good at this...so we get this feeling a lot)

When I'm not working I like to
Coach the ESP 15u travel baseball team, travel a few times a year, play my PS4 (mainly FPS), watch WAY TOO MUCH/MANY TV/Movies.
