Taylor responded to me within 15 minutes of submitting my application, which means a lot. He was relentless in finding a match for me. He gave me realistic timelines, which is what I like. He did not waste my time and he remained in contact with me throughout the process and even after I signed my contract, which is not something I’m used to. Most recruiters forget that they know you once you sign your contract. Taylor made sure I was set with housing. He even provided additional housing resources for me, to ensure I had options. I have truly enjoyed working with Taylor and look forward to future assignments with Coast.
