Mike is incredibly open and approachable. I've shared with him my feelings regarding experiences I've had and my expectations for upcoming jobs. He responds with total respect and understanding. He encouraged me when I needed a push, and intervened with employers when there were discrepancies. And his follow-up is constant. He is an A-1 recruiter and is, from my perspective, the best recruiter I've had in the almost 4 years I've been traveling. He is number one in my book!

My timesheet did not get submitted and I was not going to get paid on our regular payday. I talked to HR and they promised that they would get it corrected. They didn’t but Mike made sure I got paid. He explained to me that I would have the money deposited in my account by the end of payday and not at the beginning like I am accustomed to. I appreciated that so much. We will see how things work out tomorrow.
