The only thing that I can think of that Devyn & other recruiters could do better would be to be honest up front or from the beginning about how much it takes to get hired. As for me, it was all the paperwork, tests, exams, & phone calls. A lot of tedious things. Other than that, he was on top of everything, informative, professional, easy to talk to and very nice.
