The best compliment I can give comes from my wife. When I was talking with Haley about my new job orientation and what to expect I had her on speaker phone so I could take notes. My wife was in the room listening to the conversation and when I hung up she asked: “was that your recruiter” I said yes, and she said “that is the most professional sounding conversation I have ever heard!” Considering my wife has spent her entire career negotiating multimillion dollar deals for companies like: Walmart, Lowe’s, Home Depot, and Amazon, that is a strong compliment!

I really don’t have much to say improvement wise. This is my first time as a traveling nurse and I’ve felt supported every step of the way. I feel comfortable and know that if I have any issues or questions I can go to her and she is more than happy to help. She absolutely goes above and beyond!!!

Haley came as a replacement for my original Manager who was promoted. She has been quite patient, understanding, considerate of the needs of I, AND MY Co-Workers, who she manages have. This is a tough profession in which to manage individuals, she has to date been one of the most responsives Managers I have had, over my 42 years in the Medical Profession, many managers and she and Paul have been A PLEASURE!

About Haley Farnell:

Haley was extremely patient and supportive when I was reluctant to go through the process due to the lengthy clearance and paperwork involved, but she kept supporting me and encouraging me and in the end I am very thankful that she did that and restored my confidence in my ability to feel good about pursuing my nursing Career, even though I am a senior citizen, she made me feel I could handle things and indeed, after accepting the job and going through orientation, I did better than I expected, And this renewed my confidence in my professional skills, which I needed to make sure I still had what it takes Even though I have been out of the nursing field for several years due to a family member that needed my support it’s nice to know that I can still work in my nursing environment and put money aside for fun things as well. My future has been greatly advanced because of Haley‘s encouragement, patients and knowledge. I will be forever thankful to her for getting me started Back in my nursing field again, making a good income and renewing my confidence in my skills.
