Mitchell always has a pleasant attitude when speaking with me . Communication skills are excellent as well as problem solving. If I have concerns I need to address Mitchell is very receptive to them. Follows up accordingly and promptly. This is my first experience with a recruiter and I'm very appreciative it is with Mitchell.
My experience with Matthew was positive from day one and there was NEVER a negative interaction. The man’s positive energy is somehow magically dispersed through the phone and is contagious. I had heard tales of recruiters that were unable to be reached or just never got back with answers to vital questions. Not here. There was NEVER a time when I asked a question that it didn’t get answered in a timely manner and definitely NEVER a time when he ignored my text. Now people have lives and meetings to go to and such, and was always good about letting you know when he was going to be in a meeting. I always tried to text during “business hours” because everyone has time off just like I do and I have to respect their time off if I expect my time off to be respected. I have thought very hard and I can’t think of a single negative thing to say about Matt. All I can tell you is that if you want someone who has high positive energy, always polite, always happy, and always willing to go the extra mile for you, Matt is your man. The only thing that could be done differently is that they need to get him to sign a consent and legally get some DNA from him and clone him! That would be the only improvement!
Matt’s knowledge and effective open communication has made him one of the best recruiters ever! He ALWAYS responds back to me very quickly and resolves issues/questions in a very timely manner. I’m so glad he’s my recruiter! Thank you Matt!!
