So without sounding cheesy, I don’t think I’ve ever worked with, and I’ve worked with quite a few, a recruiter that was so responsive to my exact needs and willing to help in anyway. He was fast and responses, honest and candid provided details and next steps and was there to provide anything I needed at all and he did. Working with Nick was a great experience And he seems like a great asset to your company.

Nick was refreshing. I have been doing contract work for over 15 years and these last several years have been very strange in dealing with recruiters. Nick was very informative, intentional and assertive with his interaction. I did not feel like it was just a click bait type of ordeal as I have with the other recruiters. I have not worked with Kyle personally as I am a staff nurse, but I have sent him multiple referrals for nurses who he has found assignments for super quick and kept on assignment for years. He is an excellent communicator and advocate for anyone that he works with!

Kyle has been amazing and very patient throughout the entire process of switching from one company/recruiter over to Next Move/Kyle. He kindly checked in on me to see how my other contacts were going, he remembered things I had told him about myself and was always gracious when I continued with my other recruiter while remaining ready to work with me when given the opportunity. After 1 year, I decided to contact Kyle for my next assignment, as he had already made a good impression. I am SO happy I made the choice to work with Kyle, he has been fantastic! He has been thorough, diligent and always upbeat and supportive. Even after securing my contract, he has remained available and helpful with my concerns. He even went as far as looking up and sending me links of homes for rent in an area where Furnished Finder had no units within 50 miles! If you are looking for a top tier recruiter in all aspects, Kyle is your guy! I have been a travel nurse since 2017, and consider myself to have a fair bit of experience in the travel nursing industry.
