I’m a Healthcare Recruiter who genuinely enjoys helping nurses and allied health professionals find assignments that fit both their careers and their lives. I recruit nationwide across acute care, behavioral health, and specialty settings, taking the time to understand what each clinician wants—not just on paper, but in real life.

I believe recruiting should be clear, honest, and stress-free. I’m big on transparency when it comes to pay packages, contracts, licensing, and onboarding, and I stay closely involved from the first conversation through the final day of an assignment. Advocacy is a huge part of how I work—I make sure my clinicians feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way.

My goal is simple: build lasting relationships, deliver reliable staffing solutions, and help healthcare professionals do meaningful work in places where they can truly succeed.
