I began my career in healthcare at just 18 years old as a Certified Nursing Assistant, gaining firsthand clinical experience as a young adult. In 2004, I transitioned into healthcare recruiting and client management, where I’ve built a long-standing, successful career. I started in allied health staffing and, in 2012, expanded into travel nurse staffing. Over the past six years, I’ve worked in every major recruiting role, giving me a deep understanding of the full staffing lifecycle. This experience allows me to effectively support candidates across all disciplines, including RNs, LTC, Therapy, and Allied Health

Stephanie came highly recommended by a coworker. I am on my first assignment and she made the transition from full time to travel assignments very easy she has been with me every step and she is very quick to respond whenever I have an issue.
