I have been traveling for almost 4 years now, and Jacob has by far been the most helpful, considerate and genuine recruiter I’ve ever encountered. Aside from being efficient, thorough and just overall excellent at his job. He has went above and beyond several times to lend support, a listening, ear, and encouragement. All of things needed from the recruiter, but rarely found. When I first met Jacob, I was in between contracts and quite frustrated with my previous agency. He quickly found me a contract and went above and beyond to ensure that everything came together in a timely matter for me to start. He has answered my calls and text messages after hours and weekends with questions I may have. This gentleman drove an hour to ensure that I received my paycheck on time.. What recruiter can you say does this? He’s always available and responsive. But like I said more so than anything else, the ability to connect with someone and to be so reassuring in difficult times is some thing that is priceless in a recruiter. And I must say in on my time of traveling this is the first time I’ve encountered a recruiter like him. I will work with him as long as possible med US should definitely a pod and reward recruiters like this. This is what keeps agencies doing well. If nurses are not happy with recruiters they leave, but when we are, we spread the word as I have. I hope that somehow he can be compensated for all of the dedication. He gives his job. as a nurse I know that sometimes hard work goes overlooked but I do hope that the survey gets to someone who listens. I will continue to work with MED US long as Jacob is with this agency, and I will continue to spread the good word of this wonderful recruiter
My experience with Jacob has been great! Now, the issue I have is with the compliance demands. I don’t understand why we would have to redo the same tests for the same agency with our next assignment that is in the same type of department.
Jacob is respectful of my wishes and concerns regarding my assignment. He isn’t pushy with a “13 weeks or else” type of attitude like so many other recruiters at other companies I’ve dealt with are. At the end of the day it’s my livelihood and he respects that. Its much appreciated!
Jacob is the best. He checks on me regularly and provides assistance when needed. I was afraid to lose Kaitlyn as my recruiter, but Jacob has surpassed my expectations. I’m grateful for him.
