I have had a great experience with Jacob. I knew pretty much right away he was someone I wanted to work. The reason why he made the experience and the job search about me and not him. He never tried rushing me or pressuring me like many recruiters do. He asked what I was looking for and me options , never pushed any on me. He actually listens and answers your questions. He was very patient . Feeling a level of trust is important to me and I felt that with him.
Once I was signed he has only built on that . When I reach out to him he always gets back to me pretty much right away. Even if my request is tailored to someone else’s role at the agency he always addresses it personally. He does not say you should contact them. He contacts them and either gets me the answer I need or has the person reach out to me. Even if it’s a weekend he still handles it. He always lets me know if he won’t be available and who to contact if I need someone during that time period. It’s been a great experience with him.
Jacob really has your best interest in mind. He fights for your best rate, he finds ways to offset when he cannot get what was previously in mind. He is easy to communicate with and is always available when you need him. Great guy and so far the best recruiter I have had the pleasure of working with!
