Why I love to recruit
I enjoy recruiting because I care about people and derive a great sense of accomplishment and purpose in understanding people's needs, helping them to make informed decisions that best support those needs, and empowering them to move forward in their decisions. I also love that recruiting doesn't just stop at placing someone in a role and that the integrity of the relationship is strengthened and sustained through genuine care and continued connection with each individual. There are textures of compassion and support woven into the fabric of each connection I make while placing people on assignments, and that sense of care has a deeper, more edifying and purposeful implication to me and is at the very foundation of what I do.

When I'm not working I like to
When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with family and friends (and I'm sure food is involved), traveling, playing piano, singing, dancing, or I equally enjoy my solitude with a good book or a good stretch of woods.
