I love recruiting because it allows me to build real relationships and support incredible clinicians as they grow in their careers. There’s nothing more rewarding than matching someone with a role that fits their goals, lifestyle, and strengths—and seeing how that opportunity positively impacts their life. Being part of their journey, even in a small way, is what keeps me passionate about what I do.

When I’m not working, I like to spend time with my family—whether that’s cheering on my daughter Annabelle at cheer, planning our next adventure, or just enjoying a cozy night at home. I love staying organized, staying active, and creating little moments that make life feel full.

Tori was assigned to me after about two months of me being signed with IDR because my initial recruiter was promoted to a different position. I have ALWAYS had amazing things to say about the company in general, but Tori truly is nothing short of amazing. She responds quickly when I need something, even on holidays or weekends. She is personable and kind. She goes above and beyond any other experience I’ve had with other recruiters or companies that I’ve had prior to coming to IDR. I always recommend her to my traveler friends or to my staff friends looking to swap to traveling.
