Still trying to schedule a face to face, Adriana was willing to meet me, at this point we are still trying to schedule. Looking forward to speaking with her and getting into the process soon
Adriana was assisting the Dallas office for the position and was limited to just the job description provided but that did not stop her from presenting a positive proposal and detailing as best she could the job duties. She was quite pleasant to work with and I appreciated her efforts.
Adriana did an excellent job on assisting me. She was courteous and personable and made sure she did what it took to figure out my employment goals and needs. She was perfessional and personable and followed up promptly and quickly executed the hiring process and I now have an interview scheduled!
When the industry undergoes a massive restructuring to keep up with new and innovative technologies, layoffs can crowd the field with talented and experienced professionals to overwhelmed an employer wanting to capitalize on increasing their workforce. To maximize their search for qualified candidates they are sure to use a good recruiting firm to help them.
That's where Mike Gourley is his best. Mike does his homework on the employer gathering detailed information to find out what it takes to get hired. Mike then finds the needle in the haystack and gives the best attention to your expectations, providing the same level of professionalism as he gave the employer. Having Mike present you to a client is a benefit, he is empowered with the knowledge of both employer and candidate providing them the personalized attention deserved. Mike went to bat for me and I appreciate his hard work.
While it sounded like Mike understood the company well, I didnt get the impression he has visited it first hand. I think this would be useful to better represent the company to perspective candidates.
