About Mike Gourley:

Mike was open and honest about the position - asked a lot of great questions. After first hanging up I wished the compensation discussion had happened sooner as we weren't in the same ball park of what was being offered versus current compensation; after looking back I was glad we had a productive conversation that could possibly be used for other positions. Many recruiters will talk compensation and end call, which could close future opportunities.

About Mike Gourley:

Every experience I had with Mike was phenomenal. He was able to understand what it was I was looking for in a job and hunt down interesting positions at places I would never have before considered. With his help I was able to land several interviews. I was not the easiest job seeker to work with due to my very hectic schedule, but Mike was always very accommodating. In the end I accepted a job through a referral from a friend. I previously never considered working with a recruiter before but Mike has changed that view of mine. I would happily work with him again in the future or send other candidates his way.
