My experience working with Mike is very good. Last time when I worked with Mike while applying for a job in Electrobit, he provided me the feedback of the interviewers. Though i didnt find a placement in Electrobit but interview feedback always helps in understanding how did I do and what can be done to improve. In my experience I dont see a lot of recruiters doing that.
