Adriana and I did a phone interview. She spoke to me about the company Brightway and what they do and the processes. We discussed a particular job and was very informative throughout the process. I met Adriana 3 years ago when she contacted me regarding a potential position when I was in the job market. The company was not too keen on my resume but Adriana was very persistent after speaking with me that I would be a perfect match. She even had her manager speak with me at the time & he to felt the same. Although the company decided not to speak with me, Adriana kept in contact with me & asked about my other job searches all while trying to help. I ended up taking another position however, Adriana has always kept in contact through sending emails. I recently contacted Adriana about my potential to re-enter searching in the market. She answered my inquiry quickly & we spoke within hours of my initial contact. She has always been helpful & this time was no except. She is wonderful!
