Tommy has been an awesome person to work with. In my career I have worked with various headhunters and recruiters, and my very honest feedback is that he is one of the best I've ever spoken with. I had not been looking for new opportunities. However somehow Tommy found me and presented one that was ideal. As a contractor, I always need my eye on the future. Tommy is a great recruiter and he gave amazing insights into not only the position but also the company and the individual that I was interviewing with. He coached me well before the first interview and I felt really prepared and knew what to expect. He was proactive in communication and we talked a few times before my first interview with the client. He did not simply quick screen me and push my resume to the client like so many other recruiting agencies. I highly recommend Tommy whether or not this position works out for me.
