About Todd Unrein:

I'm supposed to get the offer tomorrow, so the last two ratings reflect that. Todd Unrein is a smart guy who knew what the hiring manager needed, provided my resume and she said he hit it out of the park. The interview was filled with what her needs were. She knew my resume and understoon what I already know so I reiterated back what I thought she needed which will use all of my experience and then some. In other words, Todd connected us perfectly. Furthermore, both she and he need additional support for growing customer needs and I'm already aiding both in that effort. Cool interview, cool work. I'm looking forward to this opportunity.

About Tommy Phillips:

I have worked with many recruiters over the past 10 years and Tommy is one of the best. He was always responsive and I was grateful for his honest and direct communication style. He makes an opaque process a lot easier to navigate.

About Tommy Phillips:

I was working with Tommy on a Software Implementation Engineer role. He was very upfront about the role, the company, and associated details. He is incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. We were talking about our pets, and had a few jokes back and forth. He is definitely one of the best, if not the best recruiter I've had the pleasure of working with. I was scheduled for an interview with a client and he called me the day before and was just giving me some guidance on the hiring manager and his experience with speaking to her, and just her overall demeanor, etc. I genuinely feel prepped for the interview and am looking forward to it. I would recommend any and everyone to work with Tommy!

Great recruiter, from the start to the end of the process. I appreciate when the recruiter contacts with updates regardless of the outcome. In my case it was positive.
