Tommy has been a great help in getting me chances at opportunities at top companies. He proactively and quickly found me an opportunity with Empower using the information and refrences I provided for a different job posing, all without me having to ask or apply for it. While I still have not been able to land a good interview and get offered employment, I believe that if he continues to help me with these opportunities, I will be successful. He makes me want to make him and BridgeView proud. In our voice and zoom call meetings, he was extremely specific and positive, but also critical, about my qualites as a human being and as a professional software developer, which helps me mentally and professionally to be successful.
