About Todd Unrein:

I’ve met many recruiters in my tenure as a software developer. I’ve met two that I can rely on to get me in front of a job that I can attain. Todd is the only one I’ve been able to count on regardless of how the market looks. He’s always been able to come up with something. Todd has always been on top of things, he moves fast and has never steered me wrong. He’s transparent and unbiased, and has always had my best interest in mind. I will continue working with Todd as long as I need a job and will refer anyone looking for jobs in tech to him.

Todd has been great to work with. He has been very upfront and honest which I appreciate. Todd has been clear about the client's expectations and provided guidance and coaching that was constructive but did not cross any lines (i.e. fabricating skills or experience).
