About Tommy Phillips:

Being unemployed there is a lot of uncertainty on the part of the candidate and in some instances fear of what is next. Unlike many recruiters I have worked with, Tommy has kept me informed of the status of my candidacy, even when there was no news. He has helped to ease my fear and has provided great advice. He has been very responsive and followed up with answering my questions in a timely manner. Gave me prep for my interviews with guidance on what the client is looking for in a candidate. Taking out the since of uncertainty before the conversation. I only wish other head hunter/recruiters communicated like Tommy has, it would ease the unemployment fear associated with looking for the next opportunity.

Tommy has been a great communicator, timely, clear and personable. I was treated like a person, not just a set of skills. Two people collaborating together to make a job match with a client - all very positive.

About Tommy Phillips:

I wanted to share my positive experience working with Tommy. I found him to be a genuine and professional partner throughout the process. Unlike some, he didn’t push for opportunities that would benefit him financially or place me in a role I wasn’t qualified for, couldn’t manage, or didn’t desire. Instead, he took the time to listen to my needs and requests, responding promptly and with a human touch that showed understanding and empathy. I truly appreciated his approach and would be happy to work with him again.
