With todays workforce, it is hard to find a good, competent worker. With the current Bonney Temp that I have, he had 19 scheduled work days. He called out for one reason or another 11 times. He showed up 8 times but only worked a full shift 3 times.
That makes it hard for me to believe in temp workers. I have worked with Mary S. and I know she is trying to always get me a good fit. She is probably surprised that I haven't sent this one on his way yet. I am still hopeful that this Temp will turn around and be good for us.
We have had a couple of glitches but overall things are good. I always wish I had more applicants to choose from, but I understand the times we live in don't allow for that!
