Very efficient when it came to job options and reaching out for hiring as soon as possible. Always reached out on a timely manner usually with in a day or two from the first conversation. Does her job with pride with efficient communication and planning. My first day was easy and comfortable because she planned and communicated well on where to go, what to do.
