Zach has really done a great job for us. When we first started recruiting and bringing people in I wasn't sure we had the level we needed. A quick call to him and he was all over it! The next batch was exactly what we needed. He and Danielle are very receptive to what we need and are super quick to respond.
I am thrilled with Lisa's interactions with me. Since she is a great listener, she was very sensitive to what might not work for me without me saying a thing. She retains discretion with Melissa when communicating with me, which is appropriate.
I didn't initially want to go to Gallery Leather, but as I took a weekend to think it through, I saw how well it would fit... and it was the best career decision I made in the past 5 years.
I gave her all smiles because in this world, it seems like anything less invites criticism to rain down on the evaluee. And that's too bad. Lisa is an amazing Employee Specialist and I should know I used to do her same job at Fedcap. She really helped me out and should probably get a raise.
