My experience with Caitlin was brief, but in the 7 minutes there were some things that made the call stand out to me. First, I noticed that she answered the phone in a polite, professional tone and greeted me with a sincere demeanor. She made it easy by asking the necessary questions to gain an understanding to what I was looking for and what was in mind. She also gave me an opportunity to ask questions myself to get a better perspective as to how she could help. At the end of the conversation, I felt confident that Caitlin could genuinely help me.
