Job Title: Manufacturing Associate

Pay: $17 - $19 Hours: 6 a.m. - 4 p.m. (Monday - Thursday) and 6 a.m. - 2 p.m. (Friday) OR 4 p.m. - 2 a.m. (Monday - Thursday) and 2 p.m. - 10 p.m. (Friday) Start Date: ASAP

As a Manufacturing Associate, you’ll support daily production operations in a busy, team-oriented environment. You’ll work closely with your team to ensure production goals are met while maintaining high safety standards and quality.

What You'll Do

As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be responsible for

• Operating machinery and following standard manufacturing processes to ensure smooth production flow
• Assisting with loading and unloading materials along the production line
• Following all safety protocols and wearing required PPE, including steel-toed shoes
• Keeping workstations clean, organized, and safe
• Collaborating with team members to achieve daily production targets
• Adapting to changing priorities and participating in cross-training opportunities to expand your skills

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor is a plus but not required
• Ability to follow instructions, work effectively in a team, and pay attention to detail
• A positive, dependable, and flexible attitude
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Steel-toed shoes (required from day one)

Location & Schedule

This position is based in Lewiston, ME. Full-time schedule with four 10-hour shifts per week, plus occasional Fridays; some weeks may require five 10-hour days depending on workload. Overtime is mandatory and scheduled as needed, primarily on Fridays and Saturdays. Sundays are optional with double-time pay.
