Job Title: Aluminum Welder
Pay: $24-30/hour
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

What You’ll Do:
As a Shipping & Receiving / Yard Support Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Perform MIG welding on aluminum components and assemblies
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Measure, fit, and position materials for welding
- Inspect finished welds for quality, accuracy, and appearance
- Use welding equipment and hand tools safely and effectively
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow production, quality, and safety standards
What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Previous aluminum welding experience
- Ability to read and understand basic blueprints or fabrication drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
