Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Pay: $19.50 per hour Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM Start Date: ASAP

Are you a strong communicator who enjoys helping customers and keeping things organized? We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a reputable manufacturing company as a Customer Service Representative in Auburn, ME, and make a meaningful difference every day.

 

What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Provide friendly, professional customer service by phone, email, and other communication methods
• Enter and track customer orders and provide updates on order status
• Answer questions about products, processes, lead times, and shipping schedules
• Handle customer concerns, complaints, credits, and returns
• Maintain accurate customer profiles, pricing information, and system records
• Process purchase orders, invoices, billing, and other customer documentation
• Communicate with sales and technical teams to help resolve customer questions
• Take sample orders and pass potential leads along to the sales team
• Assist with export accounts and national billing

What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: • A High School Diploma or equivalent. • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • The ability to work effectively with multiple departments and team members. • Previous experience in data entry and customer service is a plus.
