Pay: $17.00/hour Hours: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Start Date: ASAP

As a Machine Operator, you’ll be integral to maintaining smooth operations by producing high-quality precision parts, supporting team efforts, and ensuring safety standards are met. Work closely with your colleagues to drive success and uphold quality standards in a fast-paced setting.

What You’ll Do:

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Operating machinery to manufacture precision parts consistently according to production specifications.
• Carefully removing finished parts and placing them in designated containers or areas, ensuring accuracy.
• Performing packing and finishing tasks to meet daily production targets.
• Regularly cleaning and maintaining equipment and workstations to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
• Following detailed production procedures and safety protocols at all times.
• Documenting completed work accurately using company forms and computer systems to ensure traceability.
• Collaborating with team members and communicating any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs. and exerting pushing or pulling force of 20–30 lbs. throughout your shift as required.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in machine operation, manufacturing, or production settings. (preferred but not required)
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
• Strong physical stamina and upper body strength to handle lifting and manual tasks.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow both written instructions and verbal communications effectively.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and work in a warehouse environment with temperatures reaching up to 95°F.
• Sharp visual perception and depth perception to ensure quality workmanship.
• Steel-toe shoes and a neat, casual appearance.

Location & Schedule:

This is an on-site position in Lewiston, ME, with shifts Monday through Thursday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, including potential overtime on Fridays.
