As a Custodian, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of shared spaces across multiple condo buildings. You'll work independently while supporting the team during busy or emergency situations, ensuring a positive environment for residents and visitors alike.

What You’ll Do

As a Part-Time Weekend Custodian, you will be responsible for:

• Vacuuming hallways and common areas to keep them pristine
• Sweeping and mopping floors throughout the property
• Picking up litter and maintaining tidy walkways and exterior areas
• Taking out trash and ensuring waste disposal areas are organized
• Washing interior and exterior windows for a clear, welcoming appearance
• Assisting with light shoveling or snow removal when needed
• Navigating multiple floors, wings, and entrances (3 floors, 4 wings, 16 entrances)
• Working independently while remaining attentive to team needs and safety protocols

• Dependability with reliable transportation and a commitment to consistent attendance
• Flexibility to assist during emergencies or additional cleaning needs

• Comfort working weekends regularly
• Previous cleaning or custodial experience (a plus)
• Physical ability to lift, bend, squat, reach, and walk frequently
• Ability to climb stairs repeatedly throughout the shift
