Job Title: Powder Coating Assistant
Pay: $23 - $27 per hour
Hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm

As a Powder Coating Assistant, you’ll work closely with the production team to ensure smooth operations and top-notch quality. This is your chance to gain valuable skills in manufacturing, safety protocols, and quality inspection—plus, expand your expertise with pallet jack operation.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on powder coating equipment to ensure optimal operation.
- Prepare products for the powder coating process, including cleaning, masking, and loading parts onto production lines.
- Assist with checking finished products for quality, ensuring they meet company standards.
- Operate battery-powered pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow production plans and safety procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area to support efficient workflow.
What You’ll Bring:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous Powder Coating experience required.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Adaptability to working long periods in a manufacturing setting and maintaining a focused, safety-conscious mindset.
