Job Title: Account Manager

Pay: $25 - $26 per hour Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday Start Date: ASAP

As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in nurturing relationships with customers!

What You’ll Do:

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Communicating effectively regarding product availability, programs, and pricing.
• Collaborating closely with Sales team members.
• Reviewing orders for accuracy and completeness, entering unit, accessory, and parts orders into the system.
• Processing program credits promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Making customer goodwill decisions, such as product returns and issuing credits.
• Coordinating with multiple departments in collaboration.
• Answering customer calls and providing backup to other Account Managers as needed.
• Resolving account and shipping issues to ensure timely deliveries.
• Communicating daily with customers about open orders and shipment updates.
• Handling consumer inquiries as needed and supporting teamwork across the organization.
• Engaging in continuous improvement initiatives and adhering to safety guidelines.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Proven account management experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with inventory and sales software is essential.
• Strong keyboard and data entry skills.

Location & Schedule:

This position is on-site in Windham, ME, and offers a Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM schedule.
