Job Title: Production Worker

Pay: $17.09/hr Hours: 1st Shift, 6 AM - 4 PM, Monday - Thursday. Overtime is mandatory during busy seasons. Start Date: ASAP

As a Production Worker, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations by assembling and inspecting products on the production floor. You’ll work closely with your team members to ensure quality and efficiency in every task.

What You’ll Do:

As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Assembling and inspecting products with precision to meet quality standards.
• Collaborating with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and meet production goals.
• Following directions from supervisors to uphold safety and operational standards.
• Performing quality control reviews to ensure product integrity and address any discrepancies.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs, reach, bend, twist, and stand for long periods.
• A minimum of 6 months of previous warehouse experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A safety-first mindset and a positive attitude.
