Job Title: Custodian

Pay: $18 per hour Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Thursday - Monday Start Date: ASAP

In this essential role, you’ll help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming common areas across multiple condo buildings. You’ll work both independently and collaboratively, especially during high-priority or emergency situations.

What You’ll Do: As a Custodian, you will be responsible for:

• Vacuuming hallways and common areas to ensure cleanliness.
• Sweeping and mopping floors to maintain a polished look.
• Picking up litter and maintaining clean walkways for a welcoming environment.
• Taking out trash and ensuring all waste areas are orderly.
• Washing interior and exterior windows to enhance visibility and cleanliness.
• Performing additional tasks as needed to support the team.
• Assisting with light shoveling alongside the team when necessary.
• Navigating multiple floors, wings, and entrances (3 floors, 4 wings, 16 entrances).
• Working independently while staying responsive to team needs.
