Job Title: Electronics Operator
Pay: $18–$20 per hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (flexibility required for occasional overtime of up to 30 extra minutes per day)

As an Electronics Operator, you’ll play a critical role in producing high-quality products by operating and maintaining equipment. You’ll work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure efficient processes and reliable output.
What You’ll Do:
As an Electronics Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Setting up, operating, and monitoring machines to ensure optimal functionality.
- Loading components and feeders into equipment with precision.
- Performing first article inspections to verify correct component placement and orientation.
- Conducting in-process visual inspections, promptly making adjustments to correct defects.
- Performing routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment to sustain operational efficiency.
- Troubleshooting machine errors and addressing production issues with minimal supervision.
- Collaborating with engineering and quality control teams to meet and exceed quality standards.
- Maintaining accurate production logs, machine setup documentation, and quality checklists.
- Following all safety procedures, ITAR requirements, and company policies.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- A High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required to be considered.
- Previous operating and/or assembly experience working with electronics.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- The ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
- The physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform repetitive tasks while standing.
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime as production demands require.
